Position: Product Development Officer
Location: Lahore
Grade Range: OG-I to OG-IV

Job Description:
- Product Development: Assist in the conceptualization and development of new banking products and services tailored to meet customer needs and market trends.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to support the product manager in decision-making processes and ensure seamless product launches.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all products comply with regulatory standards and maintain accurate documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree.
- Experience: Relevant experience in product development or marketing within the banking or financial services sector is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Understanding of market research techniques and data analysis.
