- Chief Information and Communication Technology Officer (CICTO)
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in IT systems, software frameworks, and managing technology-driven organizational changes.
- Company Secretary
- Qualifications: Member of a recognized body of corporate secretaries or professional accountants.
- Experience: Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Law, or Finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Director General (MIRAD)
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or Management Sciences; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years, including 10 years in the power or related sectors with strong knowledge of regulatory affairs and legal frameworks.
General Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Limit: Maximum 55 years.
- Tenure: Initial 2-year contract, extendable based on performance.
- Remuneration: Market-based competitive salary packages as per SEPCO regulations.
Application Process:
- Applications were submitted online via SEPCO’s job portal.
- Required documents included verified degrees, experience certificates, CNIC, photographs, and a declaration of eligibility under the SOE Governance Act, 2023.
