The organization transitioned to an independent nonprofit entity in 2013. Registered under section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (since repealed by the Companies Act, 2017), PPHI Sindh entered into a fresh MoU with the GoS to continue its mission. Our nonprofit status has further been endorsed by the Pakistan Centre of Philanthropy (PCP), a government-approved body for recognizing nonprofit organizations. Governed by a Board of Directors comprising seven seasoned members with extensive and diverse expertise, PPHI Sindh remains committed to its mandate of revitalizing healthcare services in rural Sindh.
