NFA National Forensics Agency Jobs 2025 For Polygraph Expert Opportunities
The National Forensics Agency (NFA) of Pakistan is currently inviting applications for the position of Scientific Officer (Polygraph Expert) under the Ministry of Interior’s National Police Bureau. This role is part of a contract-based initiative aimed at enhancing forensic capabilities across the country.

📋 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- A minimum of MSc or BS (or equivalent) in disciplines such as Forensic Science, Psychology, Criminology, or related fields from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
Professional Experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on casework experience as a polygraph expert.
- Completion of relevant professional training in polygraph examination.
Age Limit
- Maximum age limit is 30 years as of the application closing date.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Conduct polygraph examinations for investigative purposes.
- Analyze physiological responses to determine truthfulness.
- Prepare detailed forensic reports based on examination findings.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other forensic departments.
- Maintain and calibrate polygraph equipment to ensure accuracy.
