Job Description

• Design, configure, and maintain IP-based networks (LAN, WAN, VPN, VoIP, MPLS).
• Manage network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
• Implement Quality of Service (QoS) and traffic management strategies.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and software upgrades.
• Ensure efficient backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Implement and maintain IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion prevention systems (IPS).
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, and penetration testing.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for network and system-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement IT and network projects.
• Assist in IT planning, budgeting, and procurement of network equipment.
• Optimize system performance and resource utilization.
• Implement monitoring tools to track system health and network performance.
