Educational Background:
- 16 Years Of Education From HEC Recognized a University
Job Location: Multan
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 5x Year post qualification experience in relevant field.
Skills & Competencies:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of franchisees within the region to ensure smooth functioning, compliance, and provide support.
- Maintain strong coordination with key clients. Coordinate with Relevant stakeholder for on boarding of new franchisees and Corporate clients.
- Monitor the performance of franchisees against key operational and financial metrics.
- Identify and implement improvements in operational workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Actively Coordinate with internal and external team for successful execution of new initiatives and projects.
- Monitor and address operational challenges, implementing coordination with field team and internal departments to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Selected candidate will be hired initially for contract period of 3 x year (extendable if required) and will be on 6-month probation period.
2. Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
4. Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
5. Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
6. Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of application.
7. No TA/DA will be admissible.
8. Attested degrees from Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview.
