Key Responsibilities:
- Airport Operations Officer:
- Coordinate daily airport operations, including passenger management and flight scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.
- Monitor ground handling services to ensure efficient aircraft turnaround.
- Air Traffic Controller:
- Manage the safe and orderly movement of aircraft in the airspace and on the ground.
- Communicate with pilots, provide landing and take-off instructions, and monitor radar screens.
- Ensure compliance with national and international aviation regulations.
- Ground Services Staff:
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
- Manage passenger inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Oversee cargo loading, unloading, and aircraft refueling processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) for ground services; Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Management, or related field for operations and air traffic roles.
- Experience: Relevant experience in airport services, aviation, or customer service preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a high-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Physical Requirements:
- Good health and physical fitness for operational roles.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
