Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented English & Urdu Composing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in composing, formatting, and proofreading documents in both English and Urdu using relevant software and tools. The candidate should have strong linguistic skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compose and format documents, reports, letters, books, and publications in both English and Urdu.
- Use composing software like InPage Urdu, MS Word, and other relevant tools for accurate typing and layout.
- Proofread and edit documents to ensure correctness of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting.
- Convert handwritten or scanned content into digital, error-free typed documents.
- Collaborate with content creators, editors, and designers to ensure content is presented professionally and accurately.
- Maintain files and documents systematically and ensure data confidentiality.
- Follow brand guidelines for formatting and presentation.
- Meet deadlines for assigned composing and formatting projects.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in InPage Urdu, MS Word, and other related composing software.
- Fast and accurate typing skills in both English and Urdu.
- Good knowledge of Urdu Nastaleeq script, and English grammar & syntax.
- Ability to compose complex and technical content in both languages.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with PDF creation, formatting, and conversion tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of graphic tools (optional but preferred) for document layout enhancement.
Educational Qualification:
- Intermediate / Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Urdu, English, or relevant field.
- Diploma / Certification in Computer Composing, Urdu InPage, or Typing will be an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in English and Urdu composing.
- Freshers with strong skills are also encouraged to apply.
Preferred:
- Experience in composing for books, reports, official letters, educational materials, etc.
- Experience working with publishing houses, media, or educational institutions.
Salary Range:
- Negotiable (Based on skills and experience)

- Flexible / As per organization policy
