1. Company Secretary
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; membership in a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate secretaries is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of legal practice, including substantial experience in lower and high courts, with a strong understanding of electricity distribution laws and corporate legal practices.
- Age Limit: Maximum of 57 years as of the closing date.
- Contract Term: Three years, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

2. Chief Legal Officer (CLO)
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from an HEC-recognized university; a Master’s degree in Law is preferred.

- Age Limit: Maximum of 62 years as of the closing date.
- Contract Term: Three years, extendable based on performance.
