• General Banking Officers (GBO) – Grade IV:
  • Roles:
    • Business Development Officer (BDO)
    • Operations Officer
    • Teller
  • Eligibility:
    • Education: Minimum Graduate degree from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Experience: Both fresh and experienced candidates are eligible.
    • Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
    • Skills: Good communication and computer literacy are mandatory.
    • Nationality: Pakistani/AJK domicile holders, with preference for BAJK State Subjects.
  • Vacancies & Quota: Total of 35 positions distributed across Rawalakot, Mirpur, Kotli regions, refugees, and disabled person quota.
  • Job Type: Contract of 2 years, with the possibility of permanency based on performance.
  • Posting: Placement in any BAJK branch within the respective region, with a minimum of 3 years at the initial location.
• Assistant / Cash Sorter:
  • Eligibility:
    • Education: Minimum Intermediate; candidates with a Graduation degree are preferred.
    • Experience: Not required, but experienced individuals will be given preference.
    • Age Limit: 18 to 42 years.
    • Skills: Good communication and computer literacy are mandatory.
    • Nationality: Pakistani/AJK domicile holders, with preference for AJK State Subjects.
  • Vacancies & Quota: Total of 45 positions distributed across Muzaffarabad, Rawalakot, Mirpur, Kotli regions, refugees, and disabled person quota.
