1. PMA Long Course (Regular Commissioned Officers):

  • Eligibility Criteria:

    • Marital Status: Unmarried (exceptions apply for serving personnel over 20 years of age).
    • Age:
      • 17-22 years for Intermediate or equivalent qualification holders.
      • 17-23 years for graduates (2-year program).
      • 17-24 years for graduates (4-year program).
      • 17-25 years for serving Army soldiers.
    • Education: Minimum 60% marks in Intermediate or equivalent. Candidates with 60% marks in graduation are eligible with 50% marks in Intermediate.
    • Physical Standards: Minimum height of 5 feet 4 inches (162.5 cm); weight as per Body Mass Index (BMI).
  • Training: Selected candidates undergo a two-year training program at the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) in Kakul, divided into four six-month terms. Upon completion, cadets are commissioned as Second Lieutenants.

2. Technical Cadet Course (TCC):

  • Eligibility Criteria:
    • Nationality: Citizen of Pakistan or permanent residents of Azad Kashmir or Gilgit-Baltistan.
    • Gender: Male.
    • Marital Status: Unmarried.
    • Age: 17-21 years.
    • Education: FSc (Pre-Engineering) with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry or Computer Studies, securing at least 65% aggregate marks.
  • Training: Candidates pursue a Bachelor of Engineering degree at designated institutions, followed by one year of military training at PMA.

3. Lady Cadet Course (LCC):

    • Nationality: Citizen of Pakistan or permanent residents of Azad Kashmir or Gilgit-Baltistan.
    • Gender: Female.
    • Marital Status: Unmarried.
    • Age: 21-28 years.
    • Education: Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in relevant fields such as Engineering, Information Technology, or others as specified in the advertisement.
  • Training: Selected candidates undergo a six-month training program at PMA and are commissioned as Captains in supporting arms of the Pakistan Army.

4. Army Medical Corps (Doctors and Specialists):

  • General Duty Medical Officers (GDMOs):

      • Education: MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC).
      • Age: 28 years (relaxable up to 35 years for specialists).
