- Qualification: MBBS with M.Phil. in Public Health or Community Medicine from an HEC-recognized institution.
2. Nutritionist in Public Health
. Number of position :1
. Qualification: B.Sc. (Hons.) in Nutrition, MS/M.Phil. (at least 2nd Division), or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.
3.Lecturer in Nursing
. Number of Position: 2
. Qualification: MSN/M.Phil. in Nursing from an HEC-recognized institution (must have a valid license).
Important Instructions:-
> Experience Recognition: Applicants must submit PM&DC Experience Recognition Certificates corresponding to the positions they are applying for. if the recognition certificate is in process, evidence of submission will be required.
> Publication Relevance: T\he university will determine the relevancy of search publications to the applicant’s specialty.
> Contract Basis: BPS appointments shall be on a contract basis.
> Testing: The University may conduct subject test if the number of eligible applicants exceeds a ration of 1:5 per post.
> Equivalence Certificates: Candidates with foreign qualification must submit an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan or PM&DC.
> Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
> No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for the interview process.
> Posting Flexibility: The university reserves the right to post selected applicants at any of its campuses (City Campus or Jinnah Campus, KSK).
> Background Checks: Appointments will be subject to police verification and other background checks, including references and educational/professional credentials.
> Application Completeness: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
> Age Limit: Applicants should not exceed 35 years of age as of the last date for application submission.
> Domicile Requirement: Only candidates with Punjab domicile can apply.
> Right to Amend: The university reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts without prior notice.
> Government Employees: Applicants working in public sector organizations or departments must apply through the proper channel.
> Governance: Selected applicants will be governed by the provisions of UHS Service Statues 2005,
the contract agreement, and the UHS Ordinance 2002.
How To Apply:
The application process consists of two phases:
1. Online Submission:
. Applicants must pay the prescribed application fee through a bank challan available at the UHS Job Portal or at any branch of the bank of Punjab (BOP).
. Fee for BPS-17 Above: RS. 2000/-
. Complete the online application from with all necessary details, including personal information, educational qualifications, and experience. Once submitted, the form cannot be edited.
2. Manual Submission:
. After online submission, print the filled form.
. Submit the printed from along with attested copies of educational certificates, verifications, CNIC, domicile certificate, passport-size colored photographs, and the original paid bank challan.
. Send the completed application to the office of deputy Registrar (HR), Room #12, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore Either by post or by hand at the Diary & Dispatch Section, University of Health Sciences, Lahore.
